F.A.M.E. is Pleased to Announce Jesse Jane® and Randy Spears as 2008 Hosts

(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Adult industry favorite and Digital Playground contract superstar Jesse Jane® and AVN Hall of Famer and Wicked Pictures contract star Randy Spears have been chosen to host the third annual F.A.M.E. (Fans of Adult Media and Entertainment) Awards Show on Saturday, June 7, 2008, at the Los Angeles Convention Center as part of Erotica LA.

Digital Playground’s award-winning star Jesse Jane says, “I am really excited to host this show. I love the F.A.M.E. Awards because it truly is all about the fans. Being on stage with Randy Spears is going to be a blast. He is fun and smart, which makes for a great co-host. “It’s always an honor to be thought of in this capacity,” said Spears, who added a trophy as the 2007 F.A.M.E. ‘Favorite Male Performer’ to his many awards. “I’m very excited to be in the same room with Jesse, let alone hosting the awards with her, not only because she makes me look tall, but really because I love Jesse. I’m looking forward to seeing all the fans and stars out there in attendance, and the field of nominees this year is incredible. We’re all going to have a great time.”

Currently, the first round of voting where fans select the finalists in each category is underway on the F.A.M.E. website, www.thefameawards.com. Response for this year's show is already surpassing last year's astounding totals as the stars and studios are stumping for votes. In addition, this year the F.A.M.E. Awards has increased the number of categories to 15, so the competition is fierce!

The F.A.M.E. Awards were created in 2006 by industry leaders Genesis Magazine (www.genesismagazine.com), Adam & Eve (www.adameve.com), WantedList.com and AVN.com as a way for fans to honor their favorite adult film stars, directors, movies and companies. It is the first show where the fans take part in the entire process —from choosing the finalists to ultimately selecting the winners in over a dozen categories. The awards show is slated to take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center as part of Erotica LA. Admission to the 2008 F.A.M.E.
