To make this groundbreaking event possible, industry leaders Adam & Eve.com (www.adameve.com), Genesis Magazine (www.genesisonline.com), WantedList (www.wantedlist.com) and AVN (www.avn.com) have partnered together to bring the F.A.M.E. Awards to life.
While there are numerous other XXX award shows, we wanted to create one
where the true critics - the fans - could pick their favorites in the
categories that matter most to them. The fans will be the ones
pre-nominating the performers and movies, choosing the finalists, and
ultimately naming the winners. These are their awards!

About the Voting Process
Fans can vote once for their favorite adult stars and movies in a variety of categories in two separate rounds — nominations and finals.
Voting Timeframes
First Round of voting: March 23rd - May 1st
Final Round of voting: May 2nd - June 20th
The top five names chosen in each category during the nomination round will
advance to the final voting round where a winner in each category will be
chosen and then announced live at the first annual F.A.M.E. Awards Show on
June 24, 2006 at the entertainment expo in Los Angeles.
In order to be eligible to vote, fans must be 18 years of age or over and enter a valid email address. Steps and security measures have been taken to help assure that no one will be able to vote multiple times.
About the Nominees
Stars must have appeared in adult productions released from March 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006 in order to be eligible for awards. To be eligible in the favorite new starlet category, actresses must have performed 75% of their movies within the eligibility time frame. Films must have been released from March 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006.

About The F.A.M.E. Awards Hosts
 Carmen Luvana
Adam and Eve contract star Carmen Luvana is a spicy Latina delight who has quickly become one of the most popular stars in adult films today. Fans have come to know and love Carmen thanks to her passionate lead roles in movies such as Pirates, The Perfect Secretary, The Contractor, Rawhide and a host of other top-rated films.
She has also kept very busy hosting tv shows such as "Reality X: The Search for Adam and Eve," appearing on programs such as "The Howard Stern Show," appearing on her radio show for KSEX, and going from coast to coast with her award-winning feature dance show.

Since New Jersey native Tommy Gunn entered adult, he has been one of the most popular male actors in the industry. He's won awards from various media outlets including AVN's "Best Male Newcomer" in 2005 and was named this year's "Best Supporting Actor" for his acclaimed role in the blockbuster Pirates.
The chiseled, rugged star is a favorite of fans, directors, and especially his female co-stars. Since entering the biz in 2004, Gunn and his "lethal weapon" have appeared in almost 200 movies and proved that he's both versitle and talented. One week he can be in a feature movie like Circus, Darkside, The End Game, Internal Affairs, Reign of Tera or Porn Star, and bring the "nasty" the next week in a gonzo title like Baby Face, Jack's Playground 25 or Lil Jon's Vivid Vegas Party the next. Tommy Gunn truly is one of porn's top male talents.

 "The Reverend" Bob Levy
He's not religious, but "The Reverend" Bob Levy is without a doubt one of the funniest and innovative comedians around. Fans of "The Howard Stern Show" know Levy all too well. A regular guest on the show, Levy hosts the now-infamous roasts for the shock jock that have become a favorite staple of Stern's broadcasts on Sirius Satellite Radio. Levy also hosts a show on Sirius, "Miserable Men" (on Howard Stern's channel 100), appears regularly on various other radio and television shows, and is well known to audiences in the Philadelphia area where he can be heard afternoons on Kidd Chris Show on WYSP. Somehow he manages to fit this all in amidst a busy schedule of performing stand-up at the top comedy clubs around the country. "It will be an honor to meet all of the girls that I have spent many nights alone watching," Levy said about appearing at the F.A.M.E. Awards show. "I've watched them all and now I get to personally thank them along with the fans for all of their hard work."
